Custom paper tubes are the standard premium pack for candles, reed diffusers and wax melts, for two practical reasons. The rigid round body helps protect a glass or ceramic vessel in transit, and it gives a scent led brand a full wrap for color and storytelling. GTS sizes the tube to your vessel from the actual product. Minimum order is 1,000 units and pre-production samples take about 20 days, then production runs 30 to 40 days in a third-party audited facility.
Structures
- Three-piece: protective coverage for glass vessels, and it opens shorter.
- Two-piece: body and an elongated lid. The simple premium pack for a single candle.
- Die-cut: an open window or clear acrylic. Used for scent slots so a customer can smell the candle without opening the pack, and for showing the vessel.
- Short lid: the lid stops short so the inner tube shows, for a contrasting band.

- SFI paperboard, up to 95% post-consumer content.
- Full-color print, kraft, faux kraft, foil stamping, spot UV.
- One structure carries a whole scent library. Hold the tube, change the print per scent.

Can one tube size cover a whole scent collection?

What finishes work for a luxury candle pack?
