GTS Packaging Solutions manufactures custom paper tubes for candy, chocolate, cookies, nuts, mints and specialty foods. A tube turns a confection into something that sits on a counter instead of in a cupboard. Linings are foil or food-grade paper, both food-grade and both plastic-free, and the structure is chosen around how the product is eaten rather than how it ships. Minimum order is 1,000 units and pre-production samples take about 20 days, then production runs 30 to 40 days in a third-party audited facility.
Structures that fit food
- Three-piece: recloses cleanly for multi serve snacks, nuts and cookies.
- Two-piece: body and an elongated lid. The workhorse for candy and biscuits.
- Sifter and shaker: two-sided, one product per side. Salt and pepper in a single tube. Any hole size.
- Divided tube with split lid: two products in one tube, for pairings and assortments.
- Die-cut: an open window or clear acrylic, so the product shows without opening.

Options
- Foil or food-grade paper lining. Both are food-grade and plastic-free.
- SFI paperboard, up to 95% post-consumer content.
- Full-color print, kraft, faux kraft, foil stamping, spot UV.
One structure, a whole seasonal program
Holiday and seasonal work is the most common use. Hold one structure and change only the printed wrap, and the whole season runs off a single build. Minimum is 1,000 units per run, so several designs is several runs.

Best for
- Seasonal and holiday confection programs, premium assortments and samplers, nuts and snack mixes, sprinkles and loose sugars needing a shaker, corporate gifting and specialty retail.
FAQs
Are the tubes food safe?
Foil and food-grade paper linings are both available, both food-grade and both plastic-free.

A three-piece tube recloses, which is the usual pick for multi serve snacks and nuts.
Do you make a shaker tube for sprinkles or spice blends?
Yes. Any hole size, sized to the particle.
Can one tube hold two different products?
Yes. A divided tube with a split lid gives two compartments in one pack.
Can I run several seasonal designs without a new tube?
Yes, and it is the cheapest way to do seasonal work. Hold the structure, change the print.
