Custom Tin Packaging
Is custom tin packaging part of your brand’s strategic marketing plan? If so, GTS Packaging Solutions is the supplier for you!
GTS Packaging Solutions manufactures custom tins for retail products. Shape is not limited to a size chart: we work from hundreds of existing molds, and a tin can be built for almost any product. Tins take embossing and debossing, which gives a raised or recessed logo you can feel on the shelf and which a paper tube cannot do. Food-grade certified. Minimum order is 1,000 units. Pre-production samples take about 20 days, then production runs 30 to 40 days in a third-party audited facility. Based in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, ISO 9001 certified, more than 20 years building custom packaging.

- Degassing valve, fitted to the tin for freshly roasted coffee.
Powders and nutraceuticals
Supplements, drink mixes, protein, electrolytes, greens and spice blends. A tin seals, stacks and holds its shape in shipping, and the print and emboss survive handling better than a carton.
Best for
Powders and nutraceuticals, tea and coffee, candy and confectionery, gum and mints, candles, balms and salves, spice and seasoning, pet treats and supplements, gifting and subscription programs.
Frequently asked questions
Do we have to pay for a custom mold?
Usually not. We work from hundreds of existing molds and find the one that fits the product.
Can you emboss our logo?
Yes. Embossing and debossing are tin only. Paper tubes take foiling and spot UV instead.
Are tins more expensive than paper tubes?
They are similar. Finishes move the price more than the material does.
What is the minimum order?
1,000 units on custom work.
How long does it take?
About 20 days for pre-production samples, then 30 to 40 days for production.
Can powder go straight into a tin?
Yes. The tins are food-grade certified.
Can a tin take a degassing valve?
Yes. A one-way degassing valve can be fitted to the tin, which is what freshly roasted coffee needs.
Can a tin be made child-resistant?
Yes. Child-resistant closures are available. We confirm the closure against your product and your market before production.
