Every tube is built around the product it holds: diameter, height, lid style, lining, print and finish. Two-piece and three-piece structures cost the same, so the choice comes down to how the product is used and how you want it to open. Minimum order is 1,000 units. Pre-production samples take about 20 days, then production runs 30 to 40 days in a third-party audited facility. Structures
- Two-piece: body and an elongated lid.
- Three-piece: inner tube, outer tube and lid. Opens shorter and more easily.
- Short lid: the lid stops short so the inner tube shows. Print a color or a message inside.
- Divided tube with split lid: two products, one tube.
- Sifter and shaker: two-sided, one product per side. Salt and pepper in a single tube. Any hole size.
- Die-cut: an open window or clear acrylic.
- Inner lid tube: tin bottom wrapped in paper with a metal inner lid and a tamper seal.

Eco
Eco-friendly is the thing customers ask about most. Tubes run on SFI-certified paperboard at up to 95% post-consumer content, and both lining options are plastic-free. Some builds are eco-friendly and some are not, depending on the finish, so we tell you which is which before you commit to a spec.

No. Structure does not change the price. Finishes do.

Can a tube be made child-resistant?
Yes. Child-resistant closures are available. We confirm the closure against your product and your market before production.
Are the tubes eco-friendly?
The board is SFI-certified at up to 95% post-consumer content and the linings are plastic-free. Whether a finished tube is eco-friendly also depends on the finish you choose, and we will tell you which build gets you there.
