Cosmetic & Skincare Tubes

Custom paper tubes give skincare and cosmetics brands an alternative to the folding carton: a rigid round secondary pack sized around jars, bottles, droppers, brushes and compacts that reads premium in hand and photographs well. GTS builds the tube from your actual product, not from a size chart, and proves the fit on a pre-production sample before anything runs. Minimum order is 1,000 units.

• Two-piece: the standard secondary pack for bottles and jars.
• Three-piece: Opens shorter and more easily, with a visible inner tube for a contrasting band.
• Short lid: the lid stops short so the inner tube shows. A second color, or a message inside.
• Die-cut: a shaped or windowed reveal, either an open cut or clear acrylic.

• Full-color print across the whole tube, not a label on a blank.
• Foil stamping and spot UV for shelf presence.
• Kraft and faux kraft for a clean, natural read.
• SFI paperboard, up to 95% post-consumer content.

Embossing and debossing are tin only. On a paper tube the equivalent moves are foiling and spot UV.

FAQs

Can a tube be sized around a bottle or jar we already use?

Yes, and it is the most common use in this category. We need the actual product to size it, then build a sample so the fit is confirmed before production.

Can you do a window or a shaped opening?

Yes. Either an open die-cut or a clear acrylic window.

Can you emboss our logo on the tube?

No. Embossing and debossing are tin only. Paper tubes take foil stamping and spot UV.

Can the tube be the primary pack?

Most cosmetic work uses the tube around a bottle, jar or compact. For a solid in direct contact we specify a food-grade lining, which is plastic-free, and confirm it against your formula.

What is the minimum order?

1,000 units. Pre-production samples take about 20 days, then production runs 30 to 40 days.
